In the first quarter of 2010 TBC bank carried out a new loan campaign ”8 steps towards your wishes”. Within the framework of this campaign bank offered customers eight novelties. Each novelty is related to loans and helps customers fullfill their wishes.
Step #1: 1% SALE on loans!
From 19th of February untill 1st of June TBC bank holds a SALE campaign, which implies that bank offers 1% discount on its credit products! More precisely, when an interest rate for mortgage, consumer or auto loan is determined for the customer, bank will automatically reduce the rate by one percent and loan will be disbursed with the reduced interest rate.
Step #2: Loans for customers listed in the ”Credit Info”
TBC bank eased its approach towards customers listed in the Credit Bureau and gives them an opportunity to receive loans. This applies only to those customers, who were listed in Credit Bureau due to objective reasons, however at the moment have fully covered their bank liabilities and have stable income.

Additionally, we extended the term for installment car loan to ten years so that your monthly payment is significantly reduced. As for the second-hand cars, the interest rate for installment second-hand car loans begins from 20%.
Step #5: Energocredits already in regions!
After Tbilisi TBC bank made energcocredits available also to the population of Batumi, Poti and Kutaisi. Energocredit is a loan for purchasing energy efficient products and devices and is disbursed as both, a mortgage and a consumer loan. What is important is that in case customer uses energocredit, he/she receives 15% of purchased energy efficient product’s price as a cashback.
Step #6: Mortgage loans from 14,5%
TBC bank continues to reduce interest rates on its loans. The sixth step of the campaign was made in this direction and a bottom limit of interest rate on mortgage loans was reduced to 14.5%. The new rate is almost equal to the interest rate offered by bank before the August 2008 war.

Step #7: Process of receiving loan eased
