Loyalty Program

Any TBC customer who uses or will use new TBC Card, new TBC Concept Cards, the Ertguli Credit Card can join the loyalty program.

Within the loyalty program, with the New TBC Card and New TBC Concept Cards, it is possible to accumulate money when paying at any licensed bank’s e-commerce platform or physical POS terminal in Georgia. With the Loyal Credit Card, money is accumulated when paying via TBC’s e-commerce platform or physical POS terminals.

The loyalty program does not apply to business cards.

No additional registration is required to use the loyalty program; any TBC customer is automatically enrolled.

Accumulation of Funds

Within the loyalty program, funds are credited to the customer’s Loyalty Rewards when payment is made via e-commerce or a physical POS terminal, immediately after the transaction is processed.

For card transactions, the maximum amount of credited funds is not limited, except for the fuel category.

From 07.02.2022, in the fuel category, the maximum amount credited per transaction is 10 GEL.

Funds are not credited for the following transactions:

  • Gambling — MCC code: 7995;

  • Government services — MCC codes: 8651, 9402, 9399, 9311;

  • Financial operations — MCC codes: 6012, 6538, 6536, 6051, 6010;

  • Utility payments — MCC codes: 4818, 4900;

  • Transport payments — MCC codes: 4111, 4131;

  • Other types of operations — MCC codes: 6221, 7393, 5085, 7338, 5962, 8661, 9331, 4814, 6211.

Accumulated funds are stored in the customer’s Loyalty Rewards.

The credited amount is rounded to two decimal places.

In case of transaction cancellation (reversal), the accumulated amount will be deducted.

The implementation of an incentive project/program, as well as the crediting and/or withdrawal of funds to/from the customer’s plastic cards within such an incentive project/program, does not constitute a bank obligation and therefore does not give rise to the customer’s right to demand fulfillment of any obligation from the bank related to the incentive project/program or the crediting/withdrawal of funds.

In cases of suspicious transactions or transactions carried out for business purposes, the bank is authorized not to credit the funds accumulated as a result of card payments/incentive campaigns and/or to restrict the withdrawal of credited funds from the card / cancel the credited amount.

The bank may also exercise this right if the customer uses the card on which funds are credited for entrepreneurial purposes.

Withdrawal of Funds from the Loyalty Rewards

Before using the accumulated funds, it is necessary to transfer the funds from the Loyal account to the customer’s own card account.

The accumulated funds can be used in full or partially, for any purpose.

Validity of Accumulated Funds

The accumulated funds have no expiration date.

Information About Accumulated Funds

Information about accumulated funds can be obtained through the following channels:

  • Mobilebank;

  • Telephone Service Center;

  • Branch.

SMS Communication

During the first week of each month, participants of the program receive an SMS informing them of the amount accumulated in the previous month.

When accumulated funds are used, the customer receives an SMS with information about the withdrawn amount and the available balance.

In Mobile Bank, it is possible to:

  • View the current balance and the statement of accumulated funds;

  • Find information about offers.
