Yes. Your digital card is active immediately upon registration and works independently of the physical card. If your physical card is lost or damaged, you can continue using your digital card until you cancel it or its validity period expires.

When transferring funds to an Ertguli credit card from another financial institution's card via mobile or internet banking using a mobile phone number, it may take a certain amount of time for the funds to reflect on your bank account. This depends on external processes and is beyond the bank's control.
Please note that your existing obligation will be considered fulfilled only from the moment the funds are actually reflected on your bank account. The bank is not responsible for any possible overdue payments that may arise due to a delay in the reflection of funds.

What is the billing date?

It is the date on which the amount owed is determined. The billing date will be the day of the month on which your Ertguli Credit Card account was opened, except for the 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st day. If your Ertguli Credit Card account is opened on any of these days, the billing date can be the 27th day of each subsequent month. The Ertguli Credit Card billing date cannot be changed. It can only be adjusted on a one-time basis, if it falls on a non-business day/a holiday.
What is the required minimum payment on the Ertguli Credit Card?

The required minimum payment is 5% of the amount drawn up to the billing date, plus the accrued interest or penalty (if any).
What happens if the credit card goes overdue?

If the required minimum is not paid before the final due date, a penalty will be charged as follows: 1 (one) GEL per day overdue and 1% of the overdue amount (but no more than 0,27% of the outstanding principal balance). Furthermore, the total amount of charges from the day the payment goes overdue to the day it is paid off must not be higher than 1.5 times the current outstanding principal balance.
How can I avoid penalties?

To avoid penalties, you should pay off the outstanding credit within 25 days of the billing date, either as a lump sum or in parts, or pay the required minimum.
How do I receive the cashback?
