1. Download the TBC Mobile Bank application

2. Open the application and select “Crypto” in the “Product Activation” section

3. Click the “Buy” button

4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the service

If you are already a TBC customer, your information will be filled in automatically during account activation.

We may also require additional documents from you. In such case, our representative will contact you via email and assist you in completing the process.

You will receive confirmation of account opening automatically and will not need to wait.

Limits apply to the virtual crypto account: the minimum transaction amount for buy or sell orders is USD 1, while the maximum transaction amount is USD 5,000 or its equivalent.

Please note that one calendar month means the period starting on the first day of the relevant month at 00:00 (inclusive) and ending on the last day of the same month at 23:59 (inclusive).

To withdraw funds from your virtual crypto account, you must first sell the purchased assets.

During the selling process, select the desired TBC debit account where you wish to receive the funds. After confirming the sell transaction, the funds will automatically be credited to the selected account.

Please note that a predefined time limit applies to completing buy and sell transactions. If you fail to confirm the order within the specified period, a corresponding warning will appear and the process will restart.

At the initial stage, the list of virtual (crypto) assets available for trading can be viewed on the main page (Dashboard) of the crypto platform.

The Bank may amend this list at its own discretion in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions.
