Pay with Palm is an alternative payment method that allows TBC customers to pay for goods and services using only the palm of their hand.

To link your palm to your account, visit a participating merchant equipped with a compatible payment terminal (see the list of locations). Ask to Pay with Palm and follow the registration instructions.

No. Once your palm has been registered, you can make payments using only your palm.

You can register both your left and right palms, linking them either to the same account or to different accounts. Payments can be made using either palm.

You can link your current account or a debit card account.

Yes. Both palm registration and palm payments are completely free of charge.

Only one account can be linked to each palm.

Yes. You can link one account to each palm, either the same account or different accounts.

Yes. You can remove your palm registration at any time through the TBC Mobile Bank. Open the relevant card or account, tap the Palm icon, and access the palm management page.

Yes. You can change the linked account in the TBC Mobile Bank. Open the relevant card or account, tap the Palm icon, select Change Account, and choose the account you'd like to link.

You can pay up to GEL 1,500 using your palm.

Palm payments are available only in Georgian Lari (GEL).

Yes. To refund a payment made using your palm, return to the merchant and provide the payment code you received via SMS when the transaction was completed, or the payment code available in your Mobile Bank transaction details.

To complete the refund, you must also place the same palm on the scanner that was used for the original purchase or service.
