If the buy deal is made during US business hours, the transaction is executed automatically; if placed during non-business hours, it will be executed after the US markets open.

Q: Who can open an account?

You can open an investment account if you are: a TBC Mobile bank customer; 18 years old or older; have updated KYC at TBC Bank. The account can be opened by both residents and non-residents. You will not be able to open an account if: you are a person connected to the United States (including a U.S. citizen, green card holder, or U.S. taxpayer); you have a legal or factual address in sanctioned countries; you are connected to sanctioned jurisdictions or individuals.

Q: How do I open an account?

1. Download the TBC mobile application (from App Store or Google Play); 2. Open the application and visit the investment page from the burger menu; 3. Find the button "Open Account". Part of the information will be automatically transferred from the bank's database. We may also need additional documents, such as a FATCA form (W-8 & W-9) or source of funds. Confirming account creation is possible with an SMS code sent to your phone number.

Q: When will I receive a response to my application?

Q: How do I cancel my application or close my account?

If you have not finished filling out the application, no additional procedures are required. If you want to close the account, make sure you have sold all securities and transferred the money to the bank account. Q: What technical requirements do I have to meet?

You can use the platform on: iOS 15.2 and later versions; Android 5 and later versions. At this stage, you cannot use the investment tab in the website space.

Q: In which currency is it possible to deposit?

Money can be deposited only in USD, which can be transferred from both GEL and Dollar accounts by automatic conversion.

Q: How should I deposit the amount?

Go to the investment module; click the button "Deposit"; choose the TBC bank account from which you intend to transfer; enter the amount; confirm the operation. Money can be transferred only through a Mobile Bank.

Q: When will my deposit be reflected in my investment account?

By default, the deposited amount appears in the investment account on the same day. However, in some cases it may take a maximum of 1 working day. You will be able to buy shares when it is reflected in your investment account, but you can return it to your bank account after 1 working day.
