Effective March 25, 2026, the tariffs for transactional SMS notifications will be updated as follows:
Local mobile numbers – GEL 1/month
Foreign mobile numbers – GEL 10/month
Push notifications – Free of charge
Description of the SMS Service
Through this service, customers receive information regarding transactions performed by them (transactional SMS notifications), including:
Cash deposits/credits to accounts and/or withdrawals/transfers from accounts, including the remaining account balance;
Utility and other types of payments;
Automatic transfers;
Transactions performed via ATM;
Transactions performed at POS terminals in trade/service outlets and/or via e-commerce; (Please note: for foreign mobile numbers, information regarding the above transactions can be received only if Push notifications are activated.)
Mobile balance top-ups;
Accruals and total accumulated amounts within the loyalty program (together with the payment transaction).
It is important to note that SMS notifications which the Bank is legally obligated to deliver to customers will be sent free of charge.

The full list of transactional notifications via Push will be available starting March 25.
The commission fee established for transactional SMS notifications (for local mobile numbers) will not apply to:
Concept and VIP/WM customers;
Customers under the age of 24;
Customers for whom the Bank determines a free tariff.
