Glovo co-brand Card Application
The information provided by the Client and included in the Application is true and accurate. The Client is confirming this document for their own needs, without acting under the instruction of any third party; the Client has no connection to any fictious bank (“shell bank”). The Client is thoroughly familiar with and agrees to the terms and conditions of the Agreement on Banking Transactions published on TBC Bank’s website www.tbcbank.ge (including all amendments and additions thereto) and thereby enters into the mentioned Agreement. The Client agrees that the Bank is authorized to use any communication channel (including electronic, digital, etc.) to send notifications to the Client. The Client agrees that in order to provide efficient and uninterrupted banking services, TBC Bank is authorized to obtain the Client’s personal data, in the amount necessary for fulfilling this purpose, from the electronic database of LEPL Public Service Development Agency in compliance with the effective legislation; The Card is available only to TBC Bank clients of full age who are citizens of Georgia. Each client may hold only one such Card. If the client terminates his/her/its partnership with Glovo or fails to meet the cardholder eligibility criteria at any time during the partnership period, the Card, as well as all the related benefits/special terms, shall be automatically cancelled, and the Bank shall notify the Client accordingly. In the absence of balance and/or transaction record on the Card account for 3 (three) consecutive months, the Bank is entitled to cancel the Card and all the related benefits and special terms. Upon Glovo’s request, the Bank is entitled to cancel the Card, and all the related benefits and special terms, without further agreement with the Client. The Client agrees that, for the purposes of enabling the Bank to credit dedicated funds to the Client’s account(s) under the partnership / to allow the Client to benefit from the special terms under the partnership, in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Processing, and upon Glovo’s request, the Bank is authorized to transfer the Client’s personal data, including first name, last name, personal ID number, and account details with TBC Bank JSC, to Glovo, without further notice to the Client, while Glovo is authorized to provide the Bank with information regarding the Client – whether or not the Client is a partner of Glovo. Such data transfer shall be performed solely for the purposes set out in this Consent Statement and as frequently as reasonably required by the abovementioned purposes, including on a periodic basis (e.g. weekly). The Client is aware that he/she/it may refuse to accept the product / service under this Application (the Client may withdraw from the Agreement). The terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are provided in detail on the Bank’s website https://tbcbank.ge/ka/agreements , in the Agreement on Banking Transactions. The SMS Service fee (set for Georgian numbers) will not apply to individuals aged up to 24 years, as well as to Clients whom the Bank grants benefits.
