Ertguli is TBC’s loyalty program, where instead of points, GEL is now collected in your Ertguli account. Since points are now equivalent to GEL, you can transfer them to your own account and use them as you wish.
The points you have accumulated so far are now GEL, and you can continue to accrue them or transfer them to your own account.
To transfer accumulated points/GEL from your loyalty account to your own account:
Open your Mobilebank
Go to the section dedicated to your loyalty points/GEL. Press learn more.
Select Transfer button below your Ertguli Balance
Choose the account where you want money to be transferred and enter the amount
Press continue
Press transfer
Wait until transfer is processed
Transfer is completed
You will be able to accumulate money on a loyalty account in the same way as you used to collect points: the more times you pay with a TBC card at a TBC terminal, the more GEL you will accumulate, depending on your current accrual stage.
At the same time, the amount returned at the time of offers (cashback) will be collected in a dedicated Ertguli account.
To spend the accumulated amount, you will no longer need to pay QR at the terminal, it is enough to transfer the accumulated GEL from the loyalty account to another account. QR payment will not be available at the terminals from September 10.
