Designed according to modern urban standards, the Shinwood development incorporates all essential infrastructure. It offers ready-to-develop land parcels for sale, with electricity, water and gas mains already installed and registered. The development is equipped with integrated sewage and drainage systems.

The landowners will be offered a free home design project; or, they may choose to develop their own project, after which they can apply for a building permit in coordination with the company’s architects.
