The POS gratuities feature enables a customer to pay tips with his/her payment card via any payment application/tool.

The POS gratuities fearture can be activated/deactivated remotely, based on the company's respective application/request.

If the total of the bill and gratuity is over the CVM limit, the POS terminal will require a PIN code. PIN is not required for Wallet payments.

The receipt will feature the total amount as well as the bill and the tip amounts separately.

The transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount (see transaction fee details in the Current Tariffs field).

The total amount will be charged to the customer's payment card.

The service charge (the bill amount) will be credited to the company's account indicated by the company in advance, while the gratuity amount will be credited to a gratuities account.

Payment reversal will apply to the full amount paid. It cannot apply only to the bill or the tip amount.

Chargebacks too can apply to the total amount paid. A customer can initiate a chargeback against the total of bill and tip only. The merchant shall submit chargeback documents in compliance with chargeback rules set by VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide and China Union Pay.

DCC არის სერვისი უცხოური ბარათ(ებ)ის მფლობელთათვის, რომელიც მომხმარებელს აძლევს საშუალებას პოს-ტერმინალზე თანხა გადაიხადოს ბარათის ძირითად ვალუტაში. თუმცა, იმ შემთხვევაში, თუ ძირითადი ბარათის ვალუტის მხარდაჭერა არ აქვს პოს ტერმინალს, მოხდება usd ვალუტის შეთავაზება.

ტარიფები და პირობები - უცხოური ბანკების VISA/MC ბარათებზე DCC ტრანზაქციის შემთხვევაში - 1.5% (მინიმუმ 0.1 ლარი). DCC-ით გადახდილი თანხის გაუქმება ან/და უკან დაბრუნება ხდება იგივე ვალუტაში და ოდენობით, რა ვალუტაშიც შესრულდა გადახდა, როგორც მერჩანტისთვის, ასევე ბარათის მფლობელისთვის.

By presenting QR codes in a restaurant/diner, you can take advantage of a pratical and state-of-the-art payment method that will improve your customer experience and save your personnel's time (help you address staff shortage).

There is no monthly fee on the product. You only pay the per-transaction fee at the same rate as for POS terminal payments. Check the Standard POS Terminal Rates in the Effect Rates.

The waiter places the customer's orders in the restaurant management software. The QR codes placed on diner tables are unique and linked to individual orders posted in the system. Customers and the staff can manage order details (add or delete an item, make a payment, etc.) by their devices. Once the customer pays using a QR code, the payment data are transferred to the restaurant software and the order status changes to „paid" or „closed", depending on the business process.

Customer scans the QR code displayed on the table with their mobile device camera to navigate to the online space, without downloading an additional app and without verification. The online space allows client to check their order taken by the staff and pay. By pressing the payment button, the customer varifies the order. The screen displays discount, VAT, etc. information, as well as the total bill. Before paying, client is invited to tip.

The applicable cashless payment methods include: Apple / Google Pay, card payments (by entering card details manually) and TBC mobile bank.

Payment receipt – after a successful payment, customer can download an e-receipt and share transaction as well as order details.
