An individual can register as a sole trader at a TBC branch
Legal entity
Companies with a simple structure can be registered, where the founders are individual(s) and the legal form is an LLC

Existing TBC customer
The business guide will proceed directly with the registration process, with no additional steps.
New customer
The business guide will first register you, then continue with the business registration process.
