Key Provisions:

The System Operator is TBC Bank JSC.

A System Participant can be any commercial bank licensed by NBG and integrated into GSSS.

System Participants must run a GEL Loro account with TBC Bank JSC.

System Participants must also run a special foreign currency account for foreign currency-denominated securities settlement.

FXSS integration of a settlement bank is possible by notifying NBG and the Georgian Central Securities Depository (GCSD) in advance.
