About the team

Our team builds and develops TBC’s customer-facing AI chatbot and voice assistant. We work with modern agentic architectures, conversational AI systems using technologies such as LangGraph and MCP (Model Context Protocol), LLM evaluation, and speech technologies including Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech. Our mission is to create intelligent, reliable, and user-centered AI solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

An intern who will contribute to improving the functionality of our chatbot and voice assistant.

What will you do?

Support the development and testing of agentic architecture components using LangGraph and MCP

Participate in LLM evaluation methodology and result analysis

Learn how AI response quality, accuracy, and safety are assessed

Test and improve Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) components

Optimize prompts, test dialogue scenarios, and identify system issues

Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams

What are we looking for?

3rd or 4th year bachelor’s student or recent graduate

Basic knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, or similar)

Basic understanding of agentic systems, LangGraph, or MCP

Familiarity with LLM evaluation concepts

Interest in speech technologies

Basic knowledge of Python and SQL
