About the Team:
Our team works with the largest companies in the country and supports their growth. We analyze the financial data of corporate clients and develop optimal projects that are mutually beneficial for both the business and the bank.
Each project is developed individually, taking into account its specifics, the company’s financial data, future strategic plans, and macroeconomic expectations. This approach drives the constant development and growth of competencies within TBC’s CIB team.
We divide organizations into different sectors, which allows team members to become experts in specific industries. Throughout their careers, our team members have the opportunity to change both roles and sectors – a path to gaining diverse knowledge and experience.
Who are we looking for?
Interns who will participate in developing projects for large companies and continue their careers as analysts.
What will you do?
Assist in analyzing corporate clients’ financial data
Take part in developing and evaluating individual projects
Participate in credit committee meetings
Prepare and present small analytical projects
What are the requirements?
You should be a 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s student or a graduate
You should be studying or have graduated in finance, business administration, or a related field
You should have strong analytical and communication skills
You should take initiative, learn quickly, and aim to grow your career
Preferred: GPA 3.5+ and high grades in Financial Accounting & Reporting, Managerial Accounting, Excel & Data Analysis, and Corporate Finance
You should know Excel, it will be tested with an additional task.
