About the Team:
Our team is responsible for planning and analyzing the finances of retail and small/medium businesses. We work on pricing and profitability, prepare strategies and budgets, manage branch network plans, and analyze the market and competitors. Our goal is to grow the bank’s segments and improve efficiency.
Who are we looking for?
An intern who will become part of our team and help with planning and analyzing the finances of retail, small, and medium businesses, managing segment finances, and supporting the growth of the bank’s segments.
What will you do?
Assist in financial planning and analysis
Participate in managing segment finances: pricing, profitability analysis, strategy development, and budgeting
Work on branch network plans and front-office incentive/bonus systems
Prepare market and competitor analysis reports and help with planning and tracking campaigns
What are the requirements?
You should be a 3rd or 4th-year bachelor’s student or a graduate
You should be studying or have graduated in finance, business administration, or a related field
You should plan to build your future career in finance
You should be ready to dedicate time and actively engage in both learning and working
To join the program, you should go through the standard selection process. For this track, you should also have Excel skills, which will be tested through an additional task.
