Visa Signature cardholders can use the Fast Track International service 10 times per year free of charge at select airports in Europe and Turkey. Travel Visa Signature cardholders can use the service 30 times per year free of charge, which includes the cardholder + 4 accompanying guests per visit.

At international airports abroad, the service can only be accessed by using a QR code generated via the TBC Concept x VISA Concierge chatbot.

Locate the Fast Track entrance on the second floor of the departures zone.

Use your physical or digital card at the designated POS terminal to activate the service.

Access to the Fast Track International service up to 10 times per year at select airports across Europe and Turkey.

The service is available through a QR code generated exclusively via the TBC Concept x VISA Concierge chatbot.

Hold an active TBC Concept Visa Signature or Travel Visa Signature card.

Be registered with the TBC Concept x Visa Concierge chatbot.

Open the chatbot and select the Fast Track option.

Choose the country, airport, and follow the instructions to enter your personal and flight details.

A unique QR code will be generated, valid for the specific flight and usable only on the day of departure or arrival.

Present the QR code electronically or in printed form at the verification device at the airport.

Ensure your phone screen brightness is high for seamless scanning.

Each QR code allows service access for you and up to two children under 2 years old. Other companions need individual QR codes.

Unused QR codes will be deducted from your yearly allowance. For instance, if you have 8 uses left and generate a QR code but do not use it, the remaining allowance will decrease to 7.

Service rules may vary across airports. Detailed instructions for Visa Signature cardholders will be provided through the concierge chatbot after registration for the Fast Track service. The offer is valid until September 30, 2025.
