Otium on Beliashvili

Otium on Beliashvili is a multifunctional residential complex, with commercial and office spaces. The project is being developed in two phases. Phase I, schedule for completion at the end of December 2025, include the construction of two residential blocks, along with the surrounding infrastructure. Phase II, planned for 2027, will comprise a business center and a multifunctional shopping center.
