Kostava 49 is the first development project by Immobiliare, a real estate development company, dedicated to preserving historical heritage while integrating it with the standards of contemporary urban living.
The building’s history is tied to Mikheil Neprintsev, one of the most distinguished figures in Tbilisi’s architectural landscape. Originally designed as the Tea Administrative Center, the building later housed the Ministry of Food and Agriculture.
As part of the project, the authentic character of the historic façade will be carefully restored and preserved, while the residence will comprise only 81 apartments. The development will also introduce curated shared spaces, including a fine dining restaurant, The Residents’ Club, Spa, lounge areas, as well as fitness and rehabilitation centers.
