Parents can now order the TBC Pupil Card directly from their own Mobilebank. No documentation is required, and the process takes just 1 minute.
To order the card, the parent needs to create a child’s space in their Mobilebank and complete the following steps:
Enter the child’s personal ID number
Enter the child’s date of birth
Enter the child’s mobile phone number
Choose a card design
Select a branch for pick-up
Once the process is completed, the parent can share the Mobilebank access link with the child. Using their phone number, the child will be able to log in to their own Mobilebank.
The digital version of the card can be added immediately to an electronic wallet. The physical card will be ready within a maximum of 3 business days and can be collected at the selected branch.
The Pupil Card is the first step toward a child’s financial independence. It allows them to use a secure payment alternative in the form of a card, check their balance in Mobilebank, top up their mobile phone, and explore personalized offers designed for them — helping them build healthy saving and money management habits.
Parents can monitor their child’s card and transactions directly from their own Mobilebank, set daily spending limits, and manage other controls as needed.
