Early redemption of a CD by the bank

The bank is not obliged to redeem a CD before maturity.

If the bank chooses to redeem a CD at the client's request, the client will incur a fee based on the remaining term until maturity.

Early redemption fee

The customer shall pay the bank an amount equal to the certificate's accrued interest rate plus 4%, calculated for the remaining term of the certificate, upon early redemption of the certificate.
