Course Description

Test automation involves verifying the functionality of software using specialized tools and predefined steps. It is one of the most essential components of the software development lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement in quality and reliability.

Within the course, students will learn programming languages and tools such as Java, Playwright, Rest Assured, and more. Participants will explore best practices in test design, develop skills to build testing frameworks, and integrate them into CI/CD processes. They will also gain proficiency in using Zephyr Scale, creating accurate test scenarios, and documenting them properly.

The goal of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to refine testing processes and improve software quality through automation. As a result, they will be able to minimize the number of defects and successfully perform the role of a Test Automation Engineer in a modern Agile team.

Tinatin Mzhavanadze

Tinatin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Tbilisi State University. She has been a member of the TBC Bank Group for more than 7 years and has worked in the field of test automation for over 5 years.

Tsotne Aburjania

Tsotne is a graduate of the Information Technology program at the Business and Technology University (BTU). He joined the TBC Bank Group five years ago and is currently employed as a Test Automation Engineer/Associate Partner.

Irina Inashvili

Irina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management (DevOps). She has been a member of the TBC Bank Group for over five years and currently works as a Test Automation Engineer/Associate Partner.

Alina Tkablaze

Alina is a graduate of the Master’s program in Information Technology. She has been a member of the TBC Group for over nine years. Since 2019, Alina has been working in the field of test automation.
