There are three types of cards, tailored to the customer’s needs.

Those who need a card for daily transactions can apply for the free TBC card, which is free with no service fee.

TBC Concept card - Improved savings and other banking conditions, convenient remote services without a personal banker, and additional travel and lifestyle benefits, which costs 25₾ per month or 250₾ annually.

TBC Concept 360 card - Besides additional travel and lifestyle benefits and improved conditions, it includes personal banking services, card costs 40₾ per month or 400₾ annually.

For expats, a TBC card costs 10₾ per month or 100₾ annually.

For expats, the TBC Concept card costs 30₾ per month or 300₾ annually.

For expats, the TBC Concept 360 card costs 50₾ per month or 500₾ annually.

For expats under 24, the TBC card is free.

Card renewal due to damage or loss is completely free.

A physical card can be renewed through the following channels: the contact center, mobile bank, or a branch.

In the case of TBC Concept: Concept Center *2700, Personal Banker, Mobile Banking, Branch.

The card can be used at any ATM, terminal, or online payment system, both in Georgia and abroad.

You can change the PIN code in the mobile bank app. Tap on the card and go to the card page, where you can change the PIN code using the “Change PIN” button.

You can also change the PIN code at a TBC ATM.

You can view your card details in the mobile bank app. Tap on the card and go to the card page to see "Card Details."

You can order your new TBC Card in just 30 seconds from Mobilebank and start using the digital version instantly by adding it to your wallet.

If you do not collect your physical card within 3 months, it will be destroyed. However, you will receive a reminder notification before the card is destroyed.

ATM withdrawals in GEL are free within the applicable limit, which depends on the card type.

The TBC card has a withdrawal limit of 2000 GEL, the TBC Concept card has a limit of 10,000 GEL, and the TBC Concept 360 card has a limit of 20,000 GEL.

For amounts exceeding the limit, the following standard rates apply:

Transfers to any bank in GEL are free within the applicable limit, depending on the card type.

The TBC card has a limit of 2000 GEL, the TBC Concept card has a limit of 10,000 GEL, and the TBC Concept 360 card has no limit for transfers.

The standard fee of 1 GEL applies to 24/7 instant transfers made using a mobile phone number.

The standard fee applies to transfers made through the automatic transfer service.

The monthly limit is determined based on the total amount used in each service during the calendar month. Each service has its own limit (ATM withdrawals and transfers to other banks are counted separately).

If the withdrawal limit is exceeded, the standard rates apply.

For transfers to another bank, the following rates apply if the limit is exceeded:

Example: If a customer has a withdrawal limit of 10,000 GEL and withdraws 11,000 GEL, with 8,000 GEL from a TBC ATM and 3,000 GEL from another bank's ATM, the first 10,000 GEL will be free of charge, while the remaining 1,000 GEL will be subject to the applicable fee.

With the TBC card, you can make 5 utility payments per month for free when paying through digital channels. (Applies on: bill payments, internet/mobile/TBC, insurance)

If you make more than 5 utility payments per month, the standard fee of 0.5₾ applies.

However, for TBC Concept and TBC Concept 360 cards, utility payments through digital channels are completely free.

Yes, you can. Withdrawals and transfers exceeding the limit will be processed at the standard rate.

You can order a TBC card via:

During the card ordering process, you can choose to activate only digital card. This means that a physical card will not be produced, and you will use the digital version.

You can use the digital card without any limitations. If needed, you can order a physical version of the card at any time in the future.

The digital version of the card is active immediately upon ordering, and you can add it to your digital wallet.

The physical card can be collected from the branch the next day. If you choose postal delivery, you will receive the physical card at the address you provided within 1 business day in Tbilisi and 2-3 business days in other regions.

After receiving the new TBC card, you will no longer pay the service fee for the plan, and no service fee will be charged for cards issued under the plan. However, the plan rates and benefits will be cancelled: for example, the withdrawal fee of 0.2% min. 2 GEL will apply. You can still use the cards under your plan until their expiration, but the cards will be subject to the bank’s standard rates.

The TBC card account is multi-currency and can be opened in four different currencies: GEL, USD, EUR, GBP.

For security reasons, the following daily limits apply:

You can collect your card at the branch you selected or receive it by post at your the address you provided.

If you are using other TBC Bank cards, you can close or keep them until their expiration, and the standard bank rates will apply.

Cashback is credited for every card payment made at TBC terminals.

Cashback is credited immediately after the transaction.

The cashback percentage is determined by the type of card:

Students under 24 years, who have new TBC card - 0.5%

Various promotions are available at different retail locations. Detailed information about promotions can be found in the mobile bank app and on the TBC Bank website.

The cashback will be credited to a separate loyalty wallet account, which you can use for any purpose. You can transfer funds from the loyalty wallet to your main account at any time and use them as GEL, not as points.
